The Regional Partner Manager is responsible for directing the partner recruiting efforts in their assigned territory, enabling the sales force of those partners that are recruited, monitoring their performance and managing the ongoing relationship with new partners for a minimum of 12 months. This role interacts very closely with the Territory Managers of the IC sales force and must be able coordinate their efforts to ensure the quality of the partners recruited and the number of partners in a given region meet the standards established by management. The Regional Partner Manager must be able to persuade desirable prospects to join the XXXX partner program by educating them on the competitive advantages of our organization and our products. |
